The issue of rights to employees’ inventions is regulated by collective agreement, the so-called ‘Inventors' Agreement’. The inventions referred to in the Inventors’ Agreement are patentable inventions. Please note that this only applies to Teknikavtalet Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/Ledarna.
