Central Collective Agreements

As members of Teknikföretagen, companies are bound by our collective agreements that we sign with the employees’ organisations IF Metall (The Industrial and Metal Workers’ Union), Unionen (The union for professionals in the private sector), Sveriges Ingenjörer (The Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers) and Ledarna (The organisation for managers). Teknikavtalet IF Metall applies for wage earners and Teknikavtalet Unionen/Sveriges Ingenjörer/Ledarna applies for salaried employees.
