The employer is obliged to document risks assessments, routines, and action plans. The provisions also stipulate that the employer must ensure that management is well-informed about these matters and that tasks in the work environment work are allocated within the organisation. According to these provisions, the work environment should be dealt with as a natural part of day-to-day operations.
