To be able to immediate dismiss an employee the employer must show that the employee in a severe and gross way has breached its duties following from the employment agreement. If the immediate dismissal is executed, it entails that the employment terminates immediately and without a notice period. The employer has no re-location duty when there are legal grounds for immediate dismissal.
