Working hours are all times when the employee is at the employer's disposal and thereby performs work tasks. The Working Hours Act has been replaced in its entirety by the Working time agreement in the collective agreements. This means that the employer and the employee organizations have great freedom to agree on which working time conditions that should apply at the workplace.
