Sick Leave and Rehabilitation - Introduction

Employees who cannot work because of reduced work ability due to illness or injury are entitled to sick leave. It is not the actual illness or injury but the reduction in the ability to work that forms the basis of this entitlement. It is possible to be on part-time sick leave if the ability to work is only partially reduced.
