Teknikavtalet IF Metall section 3 subsection 3 states that wage must be paid once a month. The regulations allow for varying the payment date depending on bank administrative days and public holidays. However, the disbursement must be made regularly and with predictability. Corresponding rules can be applied for salaried employees.
