The conditions are supplementary conditions to Orgalime S 2012 intended to be used when the company supplying certain equipment also undertakes to instruct the purchaser's personnel during the installation of the equipment. The conditions regulate, among other things, the scope of the parties' obligations and the supplier's liability if incorrect instructions result in damage to the equipment or to other property.
