The conditions are supplementary conditions to Orgalim S 2022 intended to be used when the company supplying certain equipment also undertakes to instruct the purchaser's personnel during the installation and commissioning of the equipment. The conditions regulate, among other things, the scope of the parties' obligations and the supplier's liability if incorrect instructions result in damage to the equipment or other property.
