The Nordic industry organisations within the technology industry continuously monitor the industry’s need for new general conditions and the need for changes in already existing conditions. As part of this work, the general conditions for consulting assignments NKF 07 for assignments performed at a fixed price, and NKL 07 for assignments performed on a time basis, have been revised. The conditions are now issued under the designations NKF 23 and NKL 23. Several changes are of a linguistic and structural nature. Only those that are of more substantial importance are commented on here.
