These terms have been drafted by the Swedish Municipalities and County Councils in consultation with the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Agency for Public Management, the Swedish Federation of Trade, the Swedish Trade Association for Suppliers of Mobile Machines, the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries, the Swedish Medical Suppliers Association and the Swedish Public Procurement Association.
