Teknikföretagens member companies have the opportunity to book a meeting room at Storgatan 5 in Stockholm. There are 11 modernly equipped rooms in varied sizes.
An administrative fee of 500 SEK is charged for every booking regardless of the amount of rooms booked. If a cancelation of a booking takes place 1 week or later before the booked date another 500 SEK is charged. The cancelation fee is levied if the guest does not arrive.
The fee includes:
A stationery alternative portable LCD-projector, a white board, a flip chart pad, pads and pens and also annual cleaning. Computer and a portable LCD-projector is ordered with the booking.
Observe that technicians, conference hostess or other technical equipment is not included in the fee.
Observe that the conference rooms are available between 8:00 and 16:00 for our member companies. If you wish to use the conference rooms out of hours the desk staff has to be ordered at the latest the day before.
There are also possibilities to order tray lunch, coffee and fruit with the booking. Price example per person: lunch tray 86 SEK and coffee with a sandwich/pastry 45 SEK. VAT will be added. On request we can arrange buffet, hot food, table service etc.
