Membership of Teknikföretagen costs an average of 0.14 percent of total wages. We are the employers’ organisation for Sweden’s most important companies. Our 3,500 member companies and their almost 300,000 employees account for half of Sweden’s exports.
These are some of the main areas that our services cover: interpretation of collective agreements, legal counseling and representation in local and national negotiations and cases brought to the district courts or the Swedish Labour Court.
Our mission is to influence regulations and legislation in order to facilitate the member companies’ international competitiveness. We also have an office in Brussels to co-ordinate our work in looking after the interests of the Swedish engineering industry.
We have offices across the country and our regional advisers offer fast and personal service within all our areas of expertise. We also arrange a wide range of courses and seminars all over Sweden.
We have an extensive regional network of more than one hundred cooperation groups where member companies and the regional advisers work with wage formation, education and other issues of local interest.
As a member your company is also a member of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv) – Sweden’s leading business organisation. The confederation’s 50 member organisations represent some 54,000 companies with a total of 1,5 million employees.
